Health insurance
International students can apply for health insurance to receive medical services by through the following steps:
In order to apply for health insurance, international students should provide a copy of the following documents:
1. Complete the insurance form
2. Valid passport
3. Valid residency permit (card)
4. Having received your residence permit code (after completion of the legal residency process in Iran, it will be placed in your passport).
5. Student ID card
6. Passport size photo (3x4)
7. Cash payment (please call the Student Affairs Office to verify the amount)
Please submit copies of the aforementioned documents and present the originals at your in-person appointment to Mrs. Samadnejad at the Student Affairs Office. Kindly note that you should apply before the deadline each year (prior to March 21 or the first day of the Persian Calendar).
