The modern world is the world of communication. Every second, millions of pieces of information are exchanged all around the world. As the developments in human life accelerates, the need for information and communication is increasing every day. Therefore, having reliable, accurate, and timely information in line with organizational objectives and structures is considered to be the largest organizational capital, so that survival of an organization depends on bilateral internal and external communication, advertisement, and possession of up-to-date and useful information. For this reason, having an effective and active public relations department is of great importance to organizations in the modern world. Since public relations constitute the communication bridge between the organization and its target audience, it can communicate organizational policies, programs, and functions to the audience and audience needs, demands, and views to the organization. As a result, public relations can play an effective and efficient role in creating a two-way communication route in order to improve the status quo to an ideal one.
